Yoga = to unite
This class unites mind, body and soul. It unites people, in a calm and friendly environment. Classes will be taught in the style of hatha. Hatha yoga focuses on building strength, improving flexibility and aligning posture. It is gentle enough for all bodies, so everyone is welcome!
