This class unites mind, body and soul. It unites people, in a calm and friendly environment. Classes will be taught in the style of hatha. Hatha yoga focuses on building strength, improving flexibility and aligning posture. It is gentle enough for all bodies, so everyone is welcome!

A relaxing yet energising practice that helps improve focus, flexibility and strength. 

Excellent at reducing stress, and releasing toxins from the body.

Yoga for Beginners

Loved the session.  The last bit went a bit fast for me but that's because my balance is not good and it takes me a good while to gey into position.  I've been having problems with my back and hips lately due to an old injury with a slipped disc but the exercises and stretches have worked wonders after only one session.

I haven't done yoga for a while and Bex was very friendly and welcoming.  The class went at a good pace and Bex explained the moves as we went.  Holding the poses for a few seconds was great and going forward will help you perfect each pose.  The hall was warm and a good size for the number of people and lots of parking.  Savasana would be great with the lights off, but that's just my preference.  A thoroughly enjoyable class.  Well done Bex!

Enjoyed Yoga in the village venue is within walking distance its good to have easy way to book and try out. Good for beginner level and work up. Different weeks have a different focus which keeps things interesting.

I went along to the first class, thinking it would be too basic (having practised yoga for over 30 years), however, it was nicely challenging and I felt satisfyingly ‘stretched’ by the end of the session. 
It does help to have a basic knowledge of how your body should feel in the various different poses and how to breathe through the movements, as the one hour class doesn’t really leave time to practise much breathe work.
It is perfect for what I need right now though, and the Saturday morning classes are ideal for me time-wise.

What a lovely class ! I attended a Hatha class which is my preferred Yoga practice . Beccy was calm & knowledgeable , leading us thro all the postures . FYI - each posture was held for slightly longer than what I am used to . This is no bad thing tho - just a little different so anyone expecting ‘ more of a flow ‘ might find this possibly more challenging ? 
The music to accompany the practice was lovely and I would definitely recommend Bex . 
It was good value compared to some other classes and I will certainly return .

Hi, I'm Bex! 

Avid yogi, travel fanatic, with a passion for nature and photography. I'm 40 years old, and I'm a qualified teacher, sociologist, criminologist and nurse. I've worked in the NHS for 12 years, and have practiced yoga for around 20 years. I reached a stage in my nursing career (notably after the pandemic) where I realised I wanted nothing more than to make yoga an even bigger part of my life. I decided to take the plunge and handed my notice in at work in order to follow my dream.  I jumped on a plane to Rishikesh where I stayed in the beautiful foothills of the Himalayas for a month, and completed my 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training.  Upon landing back in the UK, I eagerly began setting up Yogi B. 

Alongside nursing, I'm fortunate enough to have the flexibility to teach all you lovely yogis. I'm so excited to be part of this journey with you, and I truly hope you love it as much as I do!

Passionate about nature, travel and yoga. All about bringing like-minded people together!
